This policy explains what Steadly collects when you visit steadlyshop.com and what we do with it.
When you order: your name, email, shipping address and phone number. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
When you browse: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Shopify analytics to understand which ads and pages lead to purchases, and to show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and receive events such as page views, add-to-carts and purchases, including a hashed version of your email where available. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta ad settings, or through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer.
If you give us your email we may send order updates and occasional offers. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Only the companies that make the store work: Shopify (hosting and checkout), our payment processor, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and the advertising and analytics providers named above. We do not sell your personal information.
Email steadlyboard@outlook.com to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept only as long as needed for orders, support and legal obligations.
