Not satisfied for any reason? Email us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement. You keep the 4-Week Balance Plan and the Desk Setup Guide either way — they're yours.
In most cases we won't ask you to ship the board back. If we do, we cover the return label.

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days.
Every board is covered against cracking, splitting or delamination for 5 years from delivery under normal home use. If it fails, we replace it. Damage from outdoor storage, standing water, or use on a wet or unstable surface isn't covered.
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
Orders can be changed or cancelled any time before they ship. Once shipped, the 60-day guarantee applies.
