Every Steadly™ order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no threshold.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your board leaves the warehouse.
Standard US delivery is typically 5–9 business days from dispatch. Multi-board orders ship together in one box.
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit — if your board doesn't arrive or arrives broken, we replace it immediately with no claim process. It is never added automatically; you choose it.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email steadlyboard@outlook.com and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update the address before dispatch.
